• If you choose to have your personal initials on a product, the delivery time is still only 2-4 business days
Product care:
We recommend spot cleaning your tote bag by hand or with a damp cloth to help preserve its shape and look. Machine washing may cause slight shrinkage. If you choose to wash it in a machine, turn the bag inside out and use a gentle cycle for the best care possible

Returns: At Nomad, you have a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order - also on personalized products.
Free exchanges: You can easily exchange your purchase for another product. We will pay the shipping cost.
Refunds: If you want your order refunded, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Yes, on some products. Please write an e-mail to hello@nomadcph.com – then we will find a solution. There will be no extra charge.
I am in doubt about size or quality. Can I buy without initials and afterwards return it - to add the initials?
